1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using CompanyKhareedo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use CompanyKhareedo. If you're listing or enquiring about a company on behalf of a business entity, you confirm you're authorised to do so.

3. What CompanyKhareedo Is (and Isn't)

CompanyKhareedo is a listing and discovery platform that connects potential sellers of companies with potential buyers. We are not a broker, agent, escrow service, legal advisor, or party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the outcome of any negotiation, or the completion of any sale.

4. Listings & Requirements

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted about their company, including registration details such as CIN/LLPIN, PAN, TAN, and GST.
• All listings are reviewed by our team before going live and may be approved, rejected, or asked for corrections — typically within 1–2 business days.
• We reserve the right to deactivate, edit, or remove any listing or requirement — with or without prior notice — if it violates these Terms, contains false information, or is otherwise inappropriate. Where reasonably possible, we'll email you the reason.
• Buyers are responsible for independently verifying any company before proceeding with a purchase, including conducting their own legal, financial, and operational due diligence.

5. Sensitive Company Information & Direct Communication

Certain company details, including CIN/LLPIN, PAN, TAN, GST information, and other sensitive business records, are not publicly displayed or made directly accessible to buyers through the platform, in accordance with our privacy, compliance, and confidentiality policies.

We do not review, verify, or otherwise handle this sensitive data on anyone's behalf — the platform's role is simply to keep such details off public listings, while letting buyers and sellers connect and communicate directly.

Buyers who require this or any other additional information for evaluation or due diligence may contact the seller directly through the call-back request, messaging, or enquiry options available on a listing. Whether to share such details, and what to share, is entirely at the seller's discretion, and only if the seller agrees to do so.

CompanyKhareedo acts only as a platform that allows buyers and sellers to discover one another and communicate directly. We are not a party to, and hold no responsibility for, any information exchanged, decision made, or agreement reached directly between a buyer and a seller — including the accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of any sensitive company details shared outside the platform's public listing fields. 6. User Conduct

While using CompanyKhareedo, you agree that you will not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or requirements.
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or send unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or resell data from the platform without our permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any company.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the platform's security features.

7. Fees

Listing a company or posting a buying requirement on CompanyKhareedo is currently free. If this changes in the future, we will clearly communicate any applicable fees before you're charged.

8. Intellectual Property

The CompanyKhareedo name, logo, website design, and platform content (excluding user-submitted listing content) are our property or that of our licensors, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CompanyKhareedo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction, communication, or agreement between buyers and sellers — whether or not it was initiated on our platform. This includes information shared or withheld by a seller, including any sensitive company details discussed in Section 5.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us using the details below.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of CompanyKhareedo will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of CompanyKhareedo after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
