• Communications — messages, call-back requests, and enquiries exchanged between buyers and sellers through our platform.
• Usage data — pages visited, actions taken, login timestamps, approximate session duration, IP address, and browser/device information, collected automatically to help us secure and improve the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account, and to let you list a company or post a buying requirement.
• To review and approve listings before they go live, so the marketplace stays free of spam and fake entries.
• To connect verified buyers and sellers directly, including forwarding messages and call-back requests.
• To send transactional emails — confirmations, listing status updates, and replies to your enquiries.
• To detect misuse, keep the platform secure, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
• To improve our website based on how it's actually used.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

• Between buyers and sellers — when you message a seller or request a call back, your name and contact details are shared with that specific seller (and vice versa) so a deal can be discussed directly.
• Sensitive registration data — your company's CIN/LLPIN, PAN, TAN, and GST are never displayed publicly on your listing and are not shared with buyers through the platform. If a buyer reaches out via a message or call-back request, you may choose to share these details with them directly, at your own discretion.
• Service providers — trusted vendors who help us run the platform (for example, our email delivery provider), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — if required to comply with a law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. Sensitive Business Information & Seller Discretion

Certain company details — including CIN/LLPIN, PAN, TAN, GST information, and other sensitive business records — are not publicly displayed or made directly accessible to buyers through the platform, in line with our privacy, compliance, and confidentiality policies. We do not review, verify, or hold these details on a buyer's behalf — the platform simply does not show them on a public listing.

If you require this or any other additional information for evaluation or due diligence, you may contact the seller directly through our call-back request, messaging, or enquiry options. Once a buyer messages the seller or requests a call back, the seller — if they agree to — may choose to share such details with that buyer directly, entirely at their own discretion.

CompanyKhareedo is only a platform that lets buyers and sellers discover each other and communicate directly — we are not involved in, and hold no responsibility for, the information a seller chooses to share, the conversations exchanged, or any agreement reached between the two parties outside the platform's public listing fields.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including access controls that keep sensitive registration data off public listings and out of reach of other buyers or sellers. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies (such as session cookies) to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences while you browse. We do not use cookies to sell your data to advertisers.

8. Your Rights & Choices

• You can edit or delete your listing at any time from My Listings in your dashboard.
• You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• You can request correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account, subject to any legal retention requirements.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you the service, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. Rejected or deleted listings may be retained briefly for fraud-prevention purposes before permanent removal.

10. Children's Privacy

CompanyKhareedo is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into business transactions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
